Last Updated: October 11, 2025
1. Our Commitment
Clarity is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We believe that everyone should be able to access mental wellness resources, regardless of ability or technology.
2. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Status: Partially Conforming to WCAG 2.1 Level AA
"Partially conforming" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these known issues.
3. Key Accessibility Features
- Keyboard Navigation: All features and links are accessible using standard keyboard commands (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter).
- High Contrast: We ensure strong color contrast ratios for text and graphical elements, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Screen Reader Optimized: All images, links, and form fields include descriptive alt text and ARIA labels.
- Responsive Design: The content reflows clearly and is fully navigable on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
